中医熏蒸疗法治疗小儿肾气不足型遗尿症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Therapy for Treatment of Infantile Enuresis With Shenqi Deficiency

目的研究分析小儿肾气不足型遗尿症使用中医熏蒸治疗的效果。方法根据2015年1-6月我院收治的160例遗尿症患儿进行研究分析,分组为对照组和观察组,每组均有80例。对照组患儿接受西药口服治疗,观察组使用中医熏蒸治疗,经过2周治疗,对患者的临床治疗效果差异进行比较分析。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率是95.00%(76/80),对照组是77.50%(62/80)。观察组优于对照组,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肾气不足型遗尿症患者接受中医熏蒸疗法的效果好,优于西医治疗。

Objective To study and analysis the treatment effect of chinese medicine fumigation therapy for treatment of infantile enuresis with shenqi deficiency. Methods Analysis 160 cases of infantile enuresis in our hospital from January to June 2015, divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases in earch group. The control group were treated with western medicine oral treatment, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment, after two weeks of treatment, the clinical treatment effect of the patients were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95%（76/80）, and the control group was 77.50%（62/80）. the observation group was better than control group, the statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion infantile enuresis with shenqi deficiency in patients with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy has good effect, better than western medicine.
