摘要
目的分析临床免疫检验的质量控制评价。方法选取我院收治行临床免疫检验患者124例,采取数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规临床免疫检验,观察组则采取质量控制进行临床免疫检验,比较两组临床免疫检验结果。结果观察组患者CEA、Ca125、Ca199、Ca724、AFP、C-肽、INS变异指数均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床免疫检验质量控制工作十分重要,可排除部分影响免疫检验结果的因素,使结果更加准确。
Objective Analysis of quality control evaluation in clinical immune test. Methods Selected 124 cases of clinical immunology test patients in our hospital, which were divided into observation group and control group with randomly, the control group took routine clinical immunology test, observation group adopted the clinical immunology test quality control, compared the clinical immunology test results of two groups. Results Observation group of patients with CEA, Ca125, Ca199,Ca724, AFP, C-peptide, INS levels were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality control of clinical immune test is very important. It can eliminate the factors that affect the result of the immune test, and make the result more accurate.
