摘要
目的探究呼吸道感染中呼吸道病原体Ig M抗体联合检测的价值。方法选取呼吸道感染患者2 000例,采用IFA(间接免疫荧光法)对9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体进行检测。结果肺炎支原体抗体的检测阳性率与其他抗体相比较高(P<0.05),肺炎衣原体感染较为少见,多数患者为单一感染。结论呼吸道病原体Ig M抗体联合检测可以为呼吸道感染患者的治疗提供依据。
Objective To explore the respiratory tract infection in respiratory tract pathogen Ig M antibody the value of combined detection. Methods Chose 2 000 patients with respiratory tract infection, IFA（indirect immunofluorescence） of 9 kinds of respiratory pathogens Ig M antibody testing. Results compared with other antibodies, influenza a virus antibody detection positive rate was higher（P〈0.05）, pneumonia chlamydia was relatively rare, most patients for a single infection. Conclusion The detection of respiratory pathogens Ig M antibody joint can provide the basis for the treatment of patients with respiratory tract infection.
