临床血糖检验中快速血糖仪与常规生化仪检验结果

Test Results of Fast Blood Glucose Meter and Routine Biochemical Analyzer in Clinical Blood Glucose Test

目的对比临床血糖检验中快速血糖仪与常规生化仪的检验结果。方法选取2015年2月-2016年9月因各类疾病于我院进行住院治疗的88例患者作为此次研究对象,患者分别采用常规生化仪与快速血糖仪进行血糖检验,回顾性分析患者的检验结果。结果常规生化仪检测的血糖值是(7.42±2.53)mmol/l,快速血糖仪检测的血糖值是(7.72±2.32)mmol/l,两种检测方法对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床血糖检验中快速血糖仪与常规生化仪检测均能获得准确检验结果,但是快速血糖仪操作更为简便、迅速且经济实惠。

Objective To compare the results of rapid blood glucose meter and routine biochemical analyzer in clinical blood glucose test. Methods Eighty-eight patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the subjects of the study. Blood glucose test was performed with conventional biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose meter. Retrospective analysis of test results in patients. Results The blood glucose level was（7.42±2.53）mmol/l and（7.72±2.32）mmol/l, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two methods（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rapid blood glucose meter in clinical glucose testing and routine biochemical analyzer can obtain accurate test results, but fast blood glucose meter operation is more simple, rapid and affordable, more worthy of clinical popularization.
