目的研究环氧乙烷在低温灭菌使用过程中存在的问题及防范对策。方法收集整理我院2013年10月-2016年10月环氧乙烷消毒灭菌情况的相关资料,并进行回顾性分析,总结出环氧乙烷在低温灭菌使用过程中存在的问题及防范对策。结果环氧乙烷在低温灭菌过程中,主要存在的问题为清洗不彻底、包装不合理和在灭菌过程中容易发生故障。使用策略后的发生率低于使用策略前,差异有统计学意义。结论环氧乙烷气体杀菌力强,可有效保证无菌物品的灭菌质量并降低医院感染率,但其存在的问题仍得引起重视。因此对医护人员加强相关知识培训、严格按照规范进行操作、及时发现问题及时处理和密切关注灭菌工作的进行是保证灭菌工作安全顺利进行的重要保障。

Conclusion The ethylene oxide has a strong bactericidal effect, which can effectively ensure the sterilization quality and reduce the hospital infection rate.
