摘要
目的分析探讨临床护理路径管理在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法将我院骨科所收治的40例患者随机等分为两组,分别应用常规护理措施和临床路径管理措施进行临床护理工作。结果观察组患在护理干预后,不良情绪改善情况优于对照组患者,且观察组患者的临床护理满意度也高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在骨科的临床护理服务中应用临床护理路径管理,对提高患者的护理服务满意度和生活质量有重要的促进意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of the management of clinical nursing pathway in nursing in department of orthopedics. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into the department of orthopedics in our hospital from two groups, respectively by routine nursing and clinical pathway management measures for clinical nursing work. Results The observation group patients in the nursing intervention, the bad mood improved significantly than that in the control group and the observation group of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group, with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion Management of clinical nursing path in clinical nursing service in the department of orthopedics, has an important significance to promote and improve nursing service satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
