妇产科手术后下肢血栓性静脉炎的临床护理价值研究

Study the Clinical Nursing Value of Thrombophlebitis After Lower Extremities Surgery in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的研究妇产科手术后患者出现的下肢血栓性静脉炎的具体护理措施。方法以2013年12月-2015年12月来我院妇产科进行手术并出现下肢血栓静脉炎的120例患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组60例患者,对照组采用常规的处理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上,实行临床护理干预工作,术后1个月对比并观察两组患者的手术恢复情况和护理满意度。结果两组患者在一段时间的护理之后,观察组患者的护理有效率为92.5%,对照组的护理有效率为80.5%,两组患者数据对比差异有统计学英语(P<0.05)。结论对于下肢血栓性静脉炎的综合临床护理干预措施,是一项缓和护患关系的有效措施。

Objective To study the specific nursing measures for patients after gynecologic surgery of lower limb thrombophlebitis.Methods Chose 120 cases of patients in our hospital of obstetrics and gynecology surgery and venous thrombosis of lower extremity as the research object,from December 2013 to December 2015,divided into control group and observation group,60 patients in each group,the control group using conventional treatment,the observation group in the control group,the implementation of clinical nursing work.After a month and compare two groups of patients with surgery recovery and nursing satisfaction.Results Two groups of patients after nursing a period of nursing,the observation group patients nursing efficiency was 92.5%,control group was 80.5%,two groups of data comparison with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive clinical for lower limb thrombophlebitis of the nursing intervention is an effective measure to ease the relationship between nurses and patients.
