微波治疗仪治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of microwave therapy instrument in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis

目的探讨微波治疗仪治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取东台市三仓人民医院2013年6月—2014年6月收治的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者63例,按照随机分组法将患者分为对照组30例与观察组33例。对照组予以下鼻甲部分切除手术治疗,观察组予以微波治疗仪治疗,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、康复时间及治疗效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、康复时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微波治疗仪治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果确切,可有效缩短治疗时间、减少术中出血量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of microwave therapy instrument in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods A total of 63 cases of patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were selected from June 2013 to June 2014 in Dongtai Sancang People＇s Hospital,which were divided into control group（ n = 30） and observation group（ n =33） according to random number method. Control group was treated with inferior turbinate resection surgery,observation group was treated with microwave therapy instrument. The time of operation,intraoperative bleeding,recovery time and the clinical effect were compared. Results Observation group of operative time and recovery time were shorter than control group,intraoperative bleeding was less than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Microwave therapy instrument has a satisfactory curative effect in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis,it can shorten the treatment time,and reduce intraoperative bleeding.
