腰椎骨折患者围手术期的护理体会

Perioperative Nursing Experience of Patients With Lumbar Spine Fracture

目的总结分析腰椎骨折患者的围手术期护理方法及其对应的效果。方法研究对象为我院2015年10月-2016年12月接收的32例腰椎骨折患者,对这些患者的围手术期护理方法相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者在护理结束后均顺利出院,没有并发症的发生,护理满意度达到100.0%,在护理结束后显效13例、有效18例、无效1例,治疗总有效率为95.0%。结论对于腰椎骨折患者重视围手术期护理能够保证较好的治疗效果,改善腰椎功能,提高护理服务质量。

Objective To summarize and analyze the perioperative nursing methods of patients with lumbar vertebral fracture and their corresponding effects. Methods The data of perioperative nursing for 32 patients with lumbar spine fractures received during the period from October 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were discharged smoothly after the end of care, no complications occurred, nursing satisfaction reached 100.0%, after the end of the 13 cases, markedly effective 18 cases, effective 1 cases, the total effective rate was 95.0%. Conclusion The perioperative nursing care can ensure good treatment effect, improve the lumbar function, improve the quality of nursing service.
