鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取福建医科大学附属第一医院闽南分院2014年11月—2015年11月收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者126例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组患者采用传统手术治疗,观察组患者采取鼻内镜手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床疗效确切,可有效减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,减少并发症发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods A total of 126 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected from November 2014 to November 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University Minnan Branch,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,63 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional surgery,and observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic. The clinical effect and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）; the incidence of complications of observation group was lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The nasal endoscopic surgery has an exact effect in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,it can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life,and with less complications.
