老年心功能不全患者的优质护理体会

Research on High-quality Nursing Experience on Elderly Patients With Cardiac Insufficiency

目的对老年心功能不全患者优质护理的临床效果分析与探讨。方法选取2014年10月-2015年10月在我院接受诊治的60例老年心功能不全患者。按照护理方式进行分组,分为对照组(30例)和实验组(30例),对照组采用常规护理法,实验组采用优质护理法,观察临床护理效果。结果两组临床护理总有效率比较,实验组优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年心功能不全患者应当优先给予优质护理,提高护理效果。

Objective Analysis and investigation the clinical high-quality nursing effect on elderly patients with cardiac insufficiency. Methods Chose 60 elderly patients with cardiac insufficiency that were treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015, to study and separated them into control group（30 patients） and study group（30 patients）, according to different nursing methods, patients in control group were given about conventional nursing, while other patients in study group were given about high-quality nursing, and then observe clinical nursing effects between two groups. Results The nursing efficacy data prove that patients＇ nursing efficacy in study group was higher than that in control group, there are differentials with statistic value between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality nursing is recommended for elderly patients with cardiac insufficiency which is conducive to increasing nursing efficacy.
