Nursing Management and Health Guidance of Patients With Hepatic Encephalopathy

目的探讨肝性脑病患者的护理管理及健康指导方法与效果。方法以我院2015年2月-2016年2月收治的40例肝性脑病患者作为研究对象,通过相关的护理管理及健康指导,分析患者的病情变化及改善效果。结果护理管理和健康指导后,40例患者中35例病情好转,好转率为87.50%,3例死亡,死亡率为7.50%,其余2例患者转院治疗;35例病情好转患者的护理满意度为94.29%。结论对肝性脑病患者实施护理管理及健康指导,能够提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the nursing management and health guidance methods and effect of patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Methods Forty patients with hepatic encephalopathy treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients＇ condition and improvement were analyzed by relevant nursing management and health guidance. Results After nursing management and health guidance, 35 patients were improved in 40 cases, the improvement rate was 87.50%, 3 patients died and the mortality rate was 7.50%. The remaining 2 patients were transferredto hospital. The nursing satisfaction of 35 patients improved 94.29%. Conclusion The implementation of nursing management and health guidance for patients with hepatic encephalopathy, can improve the therapeutic effect.
