程序化护理干预在急性期脑出血患者中的应用效果评价

Evaluation the Application Effect of Procedural Nursing Intervention in Patients With Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的评价程序化护理干预在急性期脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院就诊的急性期脑出血患者253例,随机分为观察组(n=127)和对照组(n=126)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予程序化护理干预。对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组FMA评分和FIM评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组FMA评分和FIM评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性期脑出血患者应用程序化护理干预效果显著,有助于患者机体功能恢复,改善生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of procedural nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 253 patients with ACH in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（n =127） and control group（n =126）. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given procedural nursing intervention. The clinical effect was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in FMA score and FIM score between the two groups before nursing care（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the FMA score and FIM score of observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of procedural nursing intervention on patients with ACH has a significant effect, which is conducive to the recovery of the patient＇s body function, improve the quality of life.
