摘要
目的研究个体化延续护理对改善高血压患者生存质量的影响。方法选取我院100例患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行个体化延续护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者各项生存质量评分高于对照组。结论个体化延续护理能够改善高血压患者的生存质量。
Objective To study the individualized continuation of quality on care for improving the survival of patients with high blood pressure.Methods Chose 100 patients as the research object,it can be divided into control and observation in the two groups,control group routine nursing care,individualized continue nursing observation group,compared two groups of nursing effect.Results The observation group of patients the quality of life score is significantly higher than the control group,Conclusion Individualized continue nursing care can significantly improve the life quality of hypertension patients.
