摘要
目的探讨优质护理对老年性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法随机将我院102例老年脑梗死患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施优质护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理有效率、护理满意度及NIHSS评分等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于老年性脑梗死效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing on senile cerebral infarction. Methods 102 cases of senile cerebral infarction in our hospital divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing, and observation group used high quality nursing on the basis of control group, comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The nursing care efficiency, nursing satisfaction and NIHSS score of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of high quality nursing in senile cerebral infarction is remarkable.
