高效型水性涂料消泡剂的合成工艺及研究

采用自制的乳化剂替代有机硅组分,减少矿物油有机聚醚和醇等添加剂的用量,成功制备了适用于水性涂料的高效消泡剂。其具有自乳化、易分散、通用性强、消泡好、抑泡持久等性能。不会产生表面缺陷或影响成膜性,对水性涂料体系有特别效果。结果表明:与我国内外同类产品相比,消泡效果更高,生产工艺简单。

The restllts show that compared with the similar products in domestic and abroad, the effect of the bubble removing is higher and the production process is simple.
