泡孔是聚氟乙烯涂料的常见缺陷,影响泡孔的因素很多。文章系统讨论了消泡剂的用量、涂料的旋转粘度、涂料的涂覆工艺、烘烤温度、涂膜厚度等因素对涂膜泡孔的影响并提出了相应的解决方法。

Popping is one of common defects of Polyvinyl fluoride coating, which caused by many factors. The delbaming agent dosage, baking temperature, coating thickness, viscosity of coating, process of painting were systematically discussed in the paper. And the corresponding solutions arc proposed.
