清远市石角镇垃圾分类存在的问题与建议

Existing Problems and Suggestions of Garbage Classification of Villages and Towns in Shijiao Town, Qingyuan

随着城市化进程加快,清远市石角镇生活垃圾呈增长的趋势,垃圾污染城市的现象十分普遍。通过调查石角镇居民对社区卫生状况、政府宣传垃圾分类的满意度、垃圾分类的认识及社区垃圾桶配备情况,提出相应的垃圾分类建议。在有效的986份调查问卷中,542位乡镇居民认为当地的生活环境与城市相比有明显差距,街道垃圾不能定时完全清理干净;552位乡镇居民不会对垃圾进行分类;59%乡镇居民认为政府部门对镇上垃圾分类问题重视程度不足;32%乡镇居民认为街道上的分类垃圾桶配备并不充足。结果表明,可成立"垃圾分类"协调小组、设置社区垃圾分类回收站、设立罚款制度、实行家庭短期收集定期分类回收、督促环卫部门积极维修及购买环卫设施等途径来解决垃圾分类问题。

With the accelerated process of urbanization, household garbage of Shijiao Town in Qingyuan shows the trend of rapid growth. Garbage pollution is a common phenomenon in this city. The community health status, spread of garbage classification from government, knowledge of garbage classification by township residents and equipment of garbage bin was investigated in the study and corresponding suggestions were put forward. In 986 effective questionnaires, 542 township residents consider that the local riving environment has a significant difference compared with urban and street garbage can＇t be cleaned regularly. 552 township residents can＇t classify the garbage. Besides, 59 % township residents think that the government is lack of attention to the garbage classification. What＇s more, 32 % township residents hold the view that the equipment of sortable garbage bin on the street is not enough. The present results show that the problem ot＇ garbage classification can be solved by setting the group and station of garbage classification and penalty System Township, carrying out the short-term collecting and regular classification recycling in household and urging the environmental sanitation department to buy and repair sanitation lacilities positively.
