流感疫苗接种预防流感样症状发生的效果及接种安全性研究

Study on the Effect and Safety of Influenza Vaccination Against Influenza Like Symptoms

目的研究对比流感疫苗接种预防流感样症状发生的效果及接种安全性。方法选取在我中心进行流感疫苗接种的人群104例为观察组,同时选取未接种流感疫苗的人群98例为对照组,观察两组人群发生流感样症状的发生率和不良反应的发生率。结果观察组患者的流感样症状的发生率低于对照组,观察组患者的不良反应的发生率也低于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流感疫苗接种可以有效预防流感样症状的发生,且安全性较高,患者不良反应的发生少。

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of influenza vaccination against influenza like symptoms. Methods 104 cases of influenza vaccination in our center were selected as the observation group, at the same time, 98 cases of influenza vaccine were selected as control group. The incidence of influenza like symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The incidence of influenza like symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was also lower than that in the control group. The difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Influenza vaccination can effectively prevent the occurrence of influenza like symptoms and higher security. The incidence of adverse reactions was less.
