摘要
随着新医改的不断发展与成熟,基层医院在人才培养、组织管理、资金投入以及资源配备上均有较大的提升,为广大基层患者提供良好的就医服务,成为了医疗服务团队的中坚力量,但是,在整个医疗服务团队中,基层医院的发展仍然存在滞后的问题。下文将从人才招聘、组织管理等几方面分析基层医院发展滞后的原因,并提出相应的改进对策,用以帮助推进基层医院医疗水平不断提高,满足基层患者的就医需求。
With the continuous development and maturation of the new medical reform, the primary hospitals have a greater improvement in personnel training, organization and management, capital investment and resource allocation, and have become the backbone of the medical service team for the majority of grassroots patients, but in the entire medical service team, the development of primary hospitals still lagging behind. This article from the several aspects of talent recruitment, organization and management and so on for the development of primary hospital lags behind, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures to help promote the primary hospital medical level continues to improve, to meet the needs of primary care patients.
