人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Artificial Femoral Head Replacement for the Treatment of the Elderly With Femoral Neck Fractures

目的探讨观察高龄股骨颈骨折患者应用人工股骨头置换术的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院收治的高龄股骨颈骨折患者50例作为研究对象,所有患者均采取人工股骨头置换术治疗,统计并分析患者术前和术后髋关节功能(Harris评分)恢复和疼痛(VAS评分)改善情况,进行疗效观察。结果所有患者随访12个月,Harris评分提高(P<0.05),VAS评分降低(P<0.05)。结论高龄股骨颈骨折应用人工股骨头置换术的临床疗效显著,术后并发症发生率低。

Objective To observe the femoral neck fractures in the elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement. Methods 56 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly selected as the study object from our hospital, all patients were treated with artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of observation of related index, statistics and analysis of hip joint function in patients with preoperative and postoperative recovery（Harris score） and pain（VAS score） to improve the situation, to observe therapeutic effect. Results The patients were followed up for 12 months, the Harris score was improved（P〈0.05）. The VAS score was reduced（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elderly patients with femoral neck fracture clinical curative effect of significant application of artificial femoral head replacement, less postoperative complications, which was beneficial to the early rehabilitation of patients.
