计算机互动训练对脑卒中单侧忽略患者注意力的作用

The Effect of Computer Interactive Training on the Attention of Patients With Unilateral Cerebral Stroke

目的观察计算机互动训练对脑卒中单侧忽略患者注意力的影响。方法选取我院收治的50例脑卒中单侧忽略的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,两组患者均给予常规运动疗法和作业疗法,治疗组在此基础上采用计算机互动训练,两组进行疗效评价。结果与治疗前相比,两组改良Barthel指数、二等分线段测试均有所改善(P<0.05)。结论计算机互动训练对脑卒中单侧忽略患者的注意力改善有促进作用。

Objective To observe the effect of computer interactive training on the attention of patients with unilateral neglect of stroke. Methods 50 cases of patients with unilateral neglect of stroke in our hospital were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into study group and control group, two groups of patients were given routine exercise therapy and occupational therapy. Results Compared with before treatment, two groups improved Barthel index, and the test of the two equal segments（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of computer interactive training on the improvement of attention in patients with unilateral neglect of stroke.
