改良式上皮下结缔组织移植术在治疗牙龈退缩中的应用

Application of Modified Upper Subcutaneous Connective Tissue Transplantation in the Treatment of Gingival Recession

目的临床分析改良式上皮下结缔组织移植术在治疗牙龈退缩中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月1日-12月30日收治的10例牙龈退缩患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组5例患者,对照组给予传统手术治疗,研究组给予改良式上皮下结缔组织移植术治疗。结果经过治疗后,研究组5例患者牙龈退缩全部痊愈,痊愈率100%;对照组痊愈1例,痊愈率20%,研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良式上皮下结缔组织移植术,简化了手术步骤,从而减少了瘢痕和术后不适,提高了手术成功率,降低了术后牙龈收缩率,美观效果好,患者满意度高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified upper subcutaneous connective tissue transplantation in the treatment of gingival recession. Methods 10 cases of patients with gingival recession from January 1 to December 30 2016 in our hospital were treated with modified upper subcutaneous connective tissue transplantation. Results After treatment, the study group of 5 patients with gingival recession were cured, the cure rate was 100%. The control group was cured in 1 case, the cure rate was 20%, the clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified subepithelial connective tissue graft, the operation procedure is simplified, thereby reducing the scar and postoperative discomfort, but also enriched the connective tissue of the blood supply of the donor and is better than the traditional methods to, greatly improving the success rate of surgery, reduce postoperative gingival shrinkage. The flap area of small wound, fast healing, tissue flap and receptor histocompatibility good, color is uniform, good effect, high patient satisfaction.
