干扰素复合治疗慢性丙型病毒性肝炎的效果研究

Study on Interferon Combination Therapy Effect in the Treatment of Chronic Viral Hepatitis C

目的探讨干扰素复合治疗慢性丙型病毒性肝炎的临床效果及价值。方法选择我院在2015年6月-2016年6月收治的70例慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组采用利巴韦林、聚乙二醇干扰素联合治疗,对观察组采用利巴韦林、聚乙二醇干扰素及苦参联合治疗,对比两种治疗方法的效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率均优于对照组,两组对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者实施干扰素复合治疗,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus infection. Methods 70 cases of patients with chronic viral Hepatitis C who were treated in hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study object and were divided into control group and study group, 35 cases of patients in each group. Patients in control group were given with combination therapy of ribavirin and pegylated interferon treatment, while other patients in study group were given with combination therapy of ribavirin, pegylated interferon and Sophora flavescens treatment, and then compare patients＇ treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy and side-effect incidence in study group were much more favorable than counterparts in control group; there were differentials between two groups and such differentials had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Interferon combination therapy is quite effective in treatment of chronic viral Hepatitis C.
