摘要
目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合替扎尼定治疗紧张性头痛的临床效果。方法随机将110例紧张性头痛患者平均分为两组。对照组给予替扎尼定,观察组在对照组的基础上给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、疼痛数字量表(NRS)评分等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合替扎尼定治疗紧张性头痛效果理想。
Objective To observe the effect of Flupentixol and melitracen combined with Tizanidine in the treatment of tension headache. Methods 110 cases of patients into two groups. The control group used tizanidine, and observation group used flupentixol and melitracen on the basis of control group. compared the efficacy of two groups. Results the total effective rate, pain scale（NRS） score of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of flupentixol and melitracen combined with Tizanidine is ideal.
