观察丁苯酞联合他汀类药物治疗缺血性脑血管的疗效及不良反应

Observation on the Curative Effect and Adverse Combined With Statins in the Treatment of Ischemic Cerebral Vascular

目的探究丁苯酞联合他汀类药物治疗缺血性脑血管的疗效与不良反应。方法选取我院收治的90例缺血性脑血管患者,随机分为两组,对照组(45例)采用他汀类药物治疗,实验组(45例)采用丁苯酞联合他汀类药物治疗,对比疗效与不良反应。结果实验组治疗总有效率为93.33%,不良反应发生率为8.89%,优于对照组的77.78%,24.44%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞联合他汀类药物治疗缺血性脑血管疾病,治疗效果好,缓解神经功能缺损程度,不良反应低,具有安全可靠性。

Objective To explore the curative effects and adverse reactions of butylphthalide combined with statins in the treatment of ischemic cerebral vascular. Methods The control group（45 cases） with statin therapy, the experimental group（45 cases） by butylphthalide combined with statin therapy. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%, and the incidence of adverse reaction was 8.89%, compared with the control group 77.78%, 24.44%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with statins in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, can obtain good therapeutic effect, is safe and reliable.
