滋阴清热法对难治性血小板减少性紫癜患者GR亚型的影响及临床疗效

The Effect of Nourishing Yin and Clearing Heat to Reduce the Impact of Purpura in Patients With GR Subtype and Clinical Efficacy in the Treatment of Refractory Platelet

目的探讨滋阴清热法对难治性血小板减少性紫癜(RITP)患者糖皮质激素受体(GR)亚型表达的影响及临床疗效。方法 40例阴虚血热型RITP患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组给予达那唑治疗,实验组给予滋阴清热法(滋肾升板汤)治疗,比较患者治疗前后GR亚型α、β的m RNA表达量、出血症状、血小板水平。结果实验组治疗后的GRα表达较治疗前和对照组显著提高(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05);实验组的出血症状消失时间较对照组显著缩短,血小板计数较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论滋阴清热法治疗RITP疗效确切,可提高m RNA表达量,改善出血症状和血小板水平。

Objective To investigate Ziyinqingre therapy on refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（RITP） patients with glucocorticoid receptor（GR） subtype expression effect and clinical curative effect. Methods 40 cases of yin deficiency and blood heat RITP patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 20 cases in each group.The control group was given danazol treatment, the experimental group was given Ziyinqingre therapy（Zishen plate soup） treatment, compared before and after treatment in patients with GR subtype α and β m RNA expression, bleeding symptoms, platelet level. ResultsThe expression of GR in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）, and the control group had no significant change before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. The disappearance time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the platelet count increased significantly compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nourishing yin and clearing heat treatment of RITP can improve the exact expression of m RNA, to improve the symptoms of bleeding and platelet levels.
