摘要
目的总结CT引导下经皮肺穿刺术的观察与护理。方法运用多排螺旋CT机对184例患者行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术,进行观察和护理。结果 184例患者经皮肺穿刺均成功。结论穿刺手术的顺利进行有赖于医护密切配合,术后的观察及护理,对防治并发症起着关键的作用。
Objective To summarize the observation and nursing of percutaneous lung puncture guided by CT. Methods 184 cases of patients underwent CT guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of the lung with multi row spiral CT, then to take observation and nursing. Results Percutaneous lung puncture was successful in 184 cases. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous lung puncture has higher accuracy. Puncture surgery smoothly depends on closely cooperate with medical care, postoperative observation and nursing play an key role in prevention and treatment of complications.
