妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的临床护理分析

Analysis of Clinical Mursing Care of Pregnancy Combined With Hysteromyoma

目的分析妊娠合并子宫肌瘤这一疾病的临床护理方法以及护理的效果。方法选取自2015年11月-2016年11月来我院求诊并确诊为妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的80例患者。按照随机分组的办法,将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组应用常规护理方法,观察组应用综合护理方法。经过护理后,对比分析两组患者的满意度。结果观察组的护理满意度为97.5%,对照组的护理满意度为77.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤疾病的护理过程中,综合护理方式可以有效提升护理效果,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective This article mainly analyzes the clinical nursing of pregnancy complicated with hysteromyoma, as well as the effect of nursing. Methods From November 2015 to November 2016, diagnosed 80 cases of pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma were selected in our hospital. According to the stochastic grouping method, these 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 people, the usual routine nursing care was used in control group, the observation group took integrated care approach. After nursing care, the satisfaction of two groups of patients was comparative analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction in observation group was 97.5%, the satisfaction with nursing care in control group was 77.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For pregnancy complicated with uterine leiomyoma, the way of comprehensive nursing care can effectively enhance the effect of nursing care, so that patients were more satisfied with care.
