优质护理服务模式在骨科人工关节置换患者护理中应用的效果评价

Evaluation on the Effect of High Quality Nursing Service Mode in Nursing of Patients With Artificial Joint Replacement in Department of Orthopedics

目的探究骨科人工关节置换手术治疗患者应用优质护理服务模式的临床效果。方法择取2015年1月-2016年3月我院收治的接受骨科人工关节置换手术治疗患者68例作为本次研究对象,遵照患者的手术时间先后次序随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,每组各包含34例患者,对照组患者应用常规护理服务模式,研究组患者应用优质护理服务模式,观察比较两组患者的临床护理服务满意度。结果研究组患者的临床护理服务满意度显著高于对照组患者,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对接受骨科人工关节置换手术患者应用优质护理服务模式,相较于应用常规护理服务模式,能够显著提升患者的临床护理服务满意度,优化患者接受临床手术治疗过程中的生存质量,提升我国骨外科临床护理工作的综合开展水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the application of high quality nursing service in patients with artificial joint replacement surgery in department of orthopedics. Methods From January 2015 to March 2016, for artificial joint replacement surgery in 68 patients were selected as the research object in department of orthopedics. According to the operation time of patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, each group included 34 patients. The patients in the control group were treated with Cheng Hui nursing service, and the patients in the study group were treated with high quality nursing service, and the clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The study group of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the reference group of patients, the data had statistically significant difference between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients in department of orthopedics accepted artificial joint replacement surgery with high quality nursing service mode, compared to the application The conventional nursing service mode, can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical nursing service satisfaction, quality of life in patients accepted clinical surgical treatment, and improve the level of clinical nursing of bone surgery in our country.
