护理干预对剖腹产术后切口恢复的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on the Recovery of Incision After Cesarean Section

目的探究护理干预对剖腹产术后切口恢复的影响。方法选取2016年1-10月我院收诊的40例剖宫产患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施护理干预措施,对比两组患者术后切口恢复时间、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理满意度为95%,对照组患者满意度75%,观察组患者满意度高于对照组,恢复时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对剖腹产术后患者实施护理干预,能有效促进切口恢复速度,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the recovery of incision after caesarean section. Methods From January to October 2016, diagnosed 40 cases of cesarean section patients as the research object in our hospital, randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group received routine nursing, patients in the observation group on the basis of control group received nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with postoperative recovery time, incision complications and nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95%, the control group was 75%, the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the recovery time was shorter than the control group, the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05, with statistical significance difference.Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention on patients after caesarean section, can effectively promote the recovery of incision rate, improve patients＇ satisfaction.
