摘要
目的探讨糖尿病合并白内障患者围术期护理干预对病情的影响。方法选取我院收治的86例糖尿病合并白内障患者,以简单随机抽样法分为C组与S组,给予C组围术期常规护理,给予S组围术期优质护理。对两组患者护理效果进行观察。结果 S组FPG、2 h FPG、Hb A1c、术中出血量均低于C组,且术后视力水平高于C组,P<0.05。结论围术期优质护理可提高糖尿病合并白内障患者手术效果和术后视力,并能控制血糖,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing intervention in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cataract. Methods Our hospital 86 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with cataract patients were selected, with simple random sampling method, were devided into group C and group S, group C was given perioperative routine nursing care, to give group S perioperative nursing quality. To look at the effect of two groups of patient care. Results The FPG, 2 h FPG, Hb A1 c, intraoperative blood loss in group S were lower than the C group, and the postoperative visual acuity was significantly higher than that in group C（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative high quality nursing can improve the effect of patients with diabetic cataract surgery and postoperative visual acuity, and can control blood sugar, and security is higher.
