The Role and Experience of Risk Management on Improving the Safety of Psychiatric Nursing

目的分析开展风险管理对提高精神科护理安全的作用,总结工作体会。方法为了更好的突出风险管理在精神科护理中发挥的作用,本次研究以2015年6月—2016年6月本院精神科收治的120例精神疾病患者为研究对象。将120例患者分为实验组和对照组。对照组精神疾病患者在入院治疗期间施行普通护理;而实验组在此基础上,施行风险管理;入院期间,规范书写护理文书,以便在患者出院之后对护理质量、不良事件发生率的相关数据进行对比。结果两组患者接受不同的护理后,实验组患者的护理质量优于实验组,实验组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过风险管理的施行,能够有效提高精神科患者的护理质量和护理安全性,促进护患人员之间友好关系的发展。

Objective To analyze the effect of risk management on improving the safety of sychiatric nursing and summarize the experience. Methods In order to better highlight the role of risk management in psychiatric nursing, 120 patients with mental disorders admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study. 120 patients were divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the control group during treatment received general nursing; while the experimental group on the basis of this, was in the implementation of risk management. During the period of hospitalization, the nursing documents were written in order to compare the quality of nursing and the incidence of adverse events in patients after discharge. Results Two groups of patients received different care, the quality of nursing in the experimental group was better than that in the experimental group, and the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the implementation of risk management, can effectively improve the quality of care and nursing care of psychiatric patients, and promote the development of friendly relations between nurses and patients.
