摘要
目的分析医生情感与医患沟通技巧的相关性。方法选取10个省、123个城市321家医院的不同职务职称的8 925名医生进行情感自评问卷与医患沟通技巧自评问卷进行调查。结果医生的正向情感与医患沟通技巧呈正相关(β=0.311,t=7.906,P<0.01),负向情感与医患关系未呈现相关性(β=0.010,t=0.263,P>0.05)。结论医生的正向情感与医患沟通技巧的呈正相关。负向情感与医患沟通技巧未呈现相关性。
Objective To analyze the relationship between doctor emotion and doctor-patient communication skills. Methods 8 925 doctors and nurses were investigated by self rating questionnaire and doctor-patient communication skills questionnaire from 321 hospitals in 123 cities of 10 provinces. Results Positive emotion of doctors was positively correlated with doctor-patient communication skills(β=0.311, t=7.906, P〈0.01), negative emotion and doctor-patient relationship showed no correlation(β=0.010, t=0.263, P〉 0.05). Conclusion Positive emotion of doctors is positively correlated with doctor-patient communication skills. Negative emotion and doctor-patient communication skills showed no correlation.
