摘要
本文主要是对我院药库管理中精益管理的有效运用进行详细分析,通过搜索查询各种关于精益管理模式相关资料,并在我院药库管理中实施该管理方式。一段时间后发现精益管理在我院药库管理中具有极高的应用价值,在很大程度上提高了管理效率,从根本上提升整体工作质量得到了提升。
This paper mainly analyzes the effective application of lean management in the drug storage management of our hospital, through search queries on the lean management model, and implements the management in drug storage management. After a period of time, it is found that the lean management has very high application value in the drug storage management of our hospital, and improve the management efficiency, fundamentally improve the overall work quality.
