某地级市三级公立医院员工薪酬满意度研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究了解某地级市三级公立医院员工薪酬满意度情况,为医院进一步完善人事管理提供决策依据。方法对某地级市三级公立医院员工采取分层抽样法,共抽取500名工作人员,发放自行设计的调查问卷,并进行调查、回收、分析。结果某地级市三级公立医院员工总体薪酬满意度为(2.97±0.62),其中男性员工对薪酬满意度低于女性员工(P<0.01);随着职称的提升,员工薪酬满意度呈上升趋势;员工学历、年龄、科室系统等与薪酬满意度高低无相关性(P>0.05);在薪酬水平、薪酬提升、薪酬结构、薪酬管理、员工福利五个维度上,员工满意度最高的是薪酬提升,满意度最低的是员工福利。结论某地级市三级公立医院员工薪酬满意度整体偏低,其主要影响因素包括员工性别、职称等,该院员工薪酬提升满意度尚可,但员工福利满意度较低,建议在今后的薪酬、人事管理上应充分重视各相关因素对于员工薪酬满意度的影响,并采取适当的激励措施,进一步提高员工薪酬满意度。 Objective The study intends to realize the compensation satisfaction of a tertiary public hospital in prefecture-level city for further perfection of personnel management. Methods A total of 500 subjects in a tertiary public hospital were selected with stratified and cluster sampling. The results were analyzed. Results The total compensation satisfaction was(2.97±0.62) and the compensation satisfaction in male was lower than female(P〈0.01). With the development of professional title, the compensation satisfaction had an ascending tendency. There was no significant difference of compensation satisfaction with educational background, age, and department(P〉 0.05).In compensation level, raising wages, compensation structure, salary administration and employee benefit, the highest employee satisfaction was raising wages and the lowest was employee benefit. Conclusion The compensation satisfaction of a tertiary public hospital in prefecture-level city was low and the main influence factors including sex, professional title. The main influence factors of compensation satisfaction should paid more attention in personnel management and salary administration.
