子宫压迫缝合术在产后出血治疗中的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Uterine Compression Suture in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的观察及分析针对产后出血患者实施子宫压迫缝合术的应用效果。方法选取产后出血患者90例作为研究对象,以随机分组的方式分为研究组以及对照组,此分组形式获得患者以及家属的知情并同意,其中研究组(45例)患者实施子宫压迫缝合术方案,对照组(45例)患者实施常规治疗方案,分别观察及比较两组患者的治疗效果情况。结果通过采取不同的治疗方案以后,同对照组相比较,研究组的疗效更理想,P<0.05。结论将子宫压迫缝合术应用于产后出血患者中,能够获得到良好的效果,促进患者术后的康复。

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 90 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage as the research object, by the way of randomized divided into study group and control group, control group of patients and their family members to obtain informed and consent, and the study group（45 cases） uterine compression suture scheme with the reference group（45 cases） and conventional treatment patients. The treatment effects were observed and compared between the two groups. ResultsCompared with the reference group, the efficacy of the study group was better than that of the reference group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of uterine compression suture in patients with postpartum hemorrhage, can get good results, promote postoperative rehabilitation.
