三级价格歧视下火车票定价合理性分析及对策建议

An Analysis of Reasonableness of Railway Tickets Pricing under Third-degree Price Discrimination and Its Countermeasure

所谓三级价格歧视是指企业和服务提供者针对不同市场,对消费者进行类别划分,进而实行差别定价的方式。三级价格歧视在垄断市场和寡头市场比较常见,我国火车票定价就存在三级价格歧视现象。在对我国火车票定价三级价格歧视现象进行分析的基础上,指出我国火车票实施价格歧视有其存在的合理性,合适的价格歧视政策有助于增加低收入者福利,火车票价格歧视政策规制必须遵循合理原则,最后提出了相关对策建议。

The third-degree price discrimination is a differential pricing mode provided by enterprises and service suppliers to classify the consumers aiming at different markets. It is common that third-degree price discrimination existed in monopoly market and oligopoly market, and the railway tickets pricing of China had the phenomena of third-degree price discrimination. Based on analyzing the phenomenon of third-degree price discrimination of railway tickets pricing of China,this paper puts forward the reasonableness of the price discrimination, and the suitable price discrimination policy is helpful to increase the welfare of low-income earners. The regulation of the price discrimination must be complied with the reasonable principle, and this article puts forward relevant countermeasure at last.
