甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗临床要点分析

Analysis the Clinical Features of Surgical Treatment With Thyroid Tumors in Department of General Surgery

目的探讨甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗的临床要点。方法选取我院2015年2月-2016年2月收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者56例作为本次的研究对象,依据随机法划分为对照组与研究组各28例。对照组28例甲状腺肿瘤患者给予保守治疗,研究组28例甲状腺肿瘤患者行普外科手术治疗。术后对两组患者进行随访,观察两组甲状腺肿瘤患者的治疗总有效率以及复发症状。结果在治疗有效率方面研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对甲状腺肿瘤患者行普外科手术治疗,能够取得良好的治疗效果,这一发现对于甲状腺肿瘤的临床治疗具有很大的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of surgical treatment with thyroid tumors in department of general surgery. Methods A total of 56 patients with thyroid tumors admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： the study group and the control group（n =28）. The reference group of 28 patients with thyroid tumors were given conservative treatment, the study group of 28 patients with thyroid tumors in the department of general surgery. The two groups of patients were followed up to observe the total effective rate of the treatment and recurrence of thyroid tumors in the two groups. ResultsThe treatment effectiveness of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The surgical treatment of patients with thyroid tumor can achieve good results, which has great value in the clinical treatment of thyroid tumors.
