布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效研究

Curative Effect of Budesonide Combined With Ambroxol Hydrochloride Inhalation in Treatment of Children With Bronchial Pneumonia

目的研究布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择2014年4月-2015年4月于我院就诊的小儿支气管肺炎,共90例,同时给予抗炎治疗。按进入医院的编号分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组进行盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合布地奈德进行雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患者在临床上的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率95.56%,对照组有效率62.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行小儿支气管肺炎治疗时,运用布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗能够增强在临床上的治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods 90 cases of children bronchial for treatment in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015, while giving anti-inflammatory treatment. According to the hospital number divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in control group. Group of ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation therapy, observation group on the basis of control group combined with budesonide inhalation therapy, the treatment effect of the two groups were compared in clinical patients. Results The total efficiency of 95.56% in observation group, the control group was 62.22%, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia, using budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation therapy can obviously enhance the clinical curative effect, worthy of application and promotion vigorously in clinic.
