永磁真空断路器动作特性监测系统设计

摘要 为保证电力系统的稳定性,满足智能电器技术的发展要求,开发了一套基于DSP永磁真空断路器动作特性监测系统。该系统包含高精度传感器组、DSP监测子系统和信号隔离转换单元3部分。其中DSP监测子系为系统的核心,采集高精度传感器组的电流、行程等信号,并通过CAN通讯接口反馈给监控主机。监测系统不仅实现了多台分布式永磁真空断路器的集中管理,而且为永磁真空断路器状态评估与故障诊断提供了大量的动态信息。 In order to assure stability of power system and meet development requirements of intelligent electrical equipment technology, a set of performance characteristic monitoring system was developed in this paper for permanent-magnetic vacuum circuit breaker. The system consists of three parts: high precision sensor group, DSP monitoring subsystem and signal isolation conversion unit. DSP monitoring subsystem is used as the core of the monitoring system, which collects signals of current, route and so on, and feedback the signals to monitor host by CAN communication interface. Monitoring system not only centralizes management of more than one distributed permanent-magnetic vacuum circuit breaker, but also offers a large number of condition information for the condition assessment and fault diagnosis permanent-magnetic vacuum circuit breaker.
