摘要
目的观察多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法随机将98例支气管哮喘患者平均分为两组。对照组行多索茶碱治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予布地奈德。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、临床症状评分及肺通气功能指标等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘效果理想。
Objective To observe the effect of doxofylline and budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods Divided 98 cases of bronchial asthma patients into two groups, control group used doxofylline, and observation group used budesonide on the basis of control group. compared the efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate, clinical symptom score and pulmonary function index of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of doxofylline and budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma is ideal.
