口服阿奇霉素与口服红霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果对比分析

Comparison and Analysis the Clinical Effect of Oral Azithromycin With Oral Erythromycin in Treatment Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的探讨小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗过程中,应用阿奇霉素和红霉素治疗的效果。方法选取我院2012年3月-2013年3月所收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿共80例,采用计算机表法的形式将其平均分成实验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。实验组行基础治疗+阿奇霉素,对照组行红霉素治疗,对两组患儿治疗后的总有效率等指标进行记录分析。结果实验组患儿总有效率等指标优于对照组患儿,指标对比呈现差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论口服阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果显著。

Objective To study the treatment effect of azithromycin and erythromycin in treatment pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods 80 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013, takes the form of computer table method, its average divided into experimental group（n =40） and control group（n =40）. Foundation ＋ azithromycin treatment in experimental group, erythromycin treatment in control group, total effective rate of two groups after treatment in children with documented analysis indicators. Results The total effective rate in children with such indicators is better than that of control group, difference is statistically significant, P〈0.05.
