浅析中医针灸在脑卒中康复治疗的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture in Stroke Rehabilitation

目的研究分析中医针灸治疗脑卒中的临床效果。方法选择2012年12月-2014年10月我院的85例脑卒中患者进行回顾分析,将患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组41例患者使用传统康复治疗,观察组44例使用传统治疗和中医针灸治疗,对患者进行2~3个月治疗,观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分比对照组低,患者的患侧负重能力和Barthel指数比对照组高,两组结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸治疗对脑卒中患者的临床治疗效果十分突出,能够提升脑卒中治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine acupuncture in stroke rehabilitation. Methods According to 85 cases of stroke patients from December 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, 41 patients in the control group using the traditional rehabilitation treatment, the observation group of 44 cases using traditional therapy and acupuncture treatment, 2 to 3 months of treatment for patients, clinical curative effect observation patients. Results The neurological impairment score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the weight bearing capacity and barthel index of the patients were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of traditional chinese medicine acupuncture in stroke rehabilitation patients is very prominent, can improve the therapeutic effect of stroke, improve the quality of life of patients.
