观察中医排毒疗法对尿毒症血液透析患者的应用价值

Observe the Application Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Detoxification Therapy to Uremic Hemodialysis Patients

目的对中医排毒疗法在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用价值进行分析和探讨。方法选取我院2015年1月-2016年3月收治的84例尿毒症患者,随机分组,两组患者均接受相同的透析治疗,在此基础上,再给予观察组患者中医排毒疗法,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果相较于对照组患者,观察组患者治疗后的血肌酐和尿素氮指标值更优、治疗总有效率更高(95.24%vs.78.57%),组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医排毒疗法的辅助使用,有利于进一步提高患者的治疗效果和治疗质量。

Objective To analyze and discuss the application value of traditional Chinese medicine detoxification therapy in uremic hemodialysis patients. Methods Chose 84 cases of uremic patients in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016, randomly divided into two groups of patients receiving the same dialysis treatment, on this basis, the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine detoxification therapy, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group after treatment, blood creatinine and urea nitrogen index were better, the total effective rate of treatment was higher（95.24% vs. 78.57%）, a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Chinese medicine detoxification therapy is conducive to further improve the therapeutic effect and quality of treatment.
