浅析肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能的检验结果

Analysis the Inspection Results of Liver Function in Patients With Liver Cirrhosis

目的对肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能检查结果以及应用效果进行分析。方法根据我院的58例肝炎肝硬化患者来进行研究分析,并选取同期58例健康体检者作为对照组。两组均采集晨血,采集前均保持空腹状态,对两组的检查结果进行比较分析。结果实验组的白蛋白、胆碱酯酶、血浆胆固醇水平均要比对照组低,患者的总胆汁酸水平比对照组高,两组结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝炎肝硬化患者临床使用肝功能检查,有助于对患者的病情了解,让医护人员为患者提供更加准确有效的治疗,应用价值比较高。

Objective To analyze the results of liver function test and its application in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 58 patients with hepatitis cirrhosis to analysis in our hospital, selected the same period of 58 cases of healthy persons as control group. The two groups were collected in the morning blood, before the collection is to maintain an open state, the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of albumin, cholinesterase and plasma cholesterol in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the total bile acid levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical use in patients with liver cirrhosis liver function examination, help the patient to understand, let the medical staff to provide more accurate and effective treatment for the patients, the application value is relatively high.
