乳腺非肿块型病变的超声诊断分析

Ultrasonic Diagnostic Analysis of Non Tumor Type in Breast Lesions

目的观察超声在诊断乳腺非肿块型病变中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析84例经手术或穿刺活检病理确诊的乳腺非肿块性病变患者的超声表现,对照病理诊断结果,评价超声诊断的准确性。结果本组84例非肿块型乳腺病变中,恶性病变53例,占63.10%;非恶性病变31例,占36.90%。血流信号1级51例,占60.71%,可见片状低回声;血流信号2级26例,占30.96%,可见含散在微钙化片状低回声区;血流信号3级7例,占8.33%,可见簇状或散在分布微钙化。结论超声对诊断乳腺非肿块型病变的敏感性较高,特异性较低。因此,临床上要结合患者的临床表现以及其他影像学检查来确诊,以免漏诊、误诊的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of non tumor type in breast lesions. Methods The ultrasonographic features of 84 patients with breast lesions confirmed by operation or biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 84 cases of tumor type in breast lesions, malignant lesions in 53 cases（63.10%）, non malignant lesions in 31 cases（36.90%）. There were 51 cases of 1 level of blood flow signal（60.71%）, which showed that the slice was low echo. There were 26 cases of 2 level of blood flow signal（30.96%）, which showed that scattered in the micro calcification low echo area. There were 3 cases of 3 level of blood flow signal（8.33%）, which showed show clustered or scattered distribution of microcalcifications. Conclusion The sensitivity of ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast non mass lesions, relatively low specificity. Therefore, in order to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, clinical diagnosis should be combined with clinical manifestations and other imaging examinations.
