目的探讨LAVA动态增强扫描技术在腹部扫描中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月-2016年1月诊治的腹部占位性病变患者中抽取45例作研究对象,对其实施LAVA上腹部动态增强扫描检查,并回顾性分析LAVA增强扫描影像表现。结果本组患者腹部占位性病变检出率是100.0%,除1例呼吸不佳患者的图像质量较差外,其余患者图像质量均良好。结论 LAVA动态增强扫描技术在腹部扫描中的应用效果肯定,有助于推测病变性质,且时间分辨率较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of LAVA dynamic contrastenhanced scan in abdominal scanning. Methods 45 patients with abdominal space occupying lesions diagnosed from January 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study. LAVA dynamic contrast-enhanced scan was performed and the images of LAVA enhanced scan were analyzed retrospectively. Results This group of patients with abdominal occupying lesions detection rate was 100.0%, in addition to one case of poor breathing in patients with poor image quality, the other patients were good image quality. Conclusion LAVA dynamic enhanced scanning technology in the abdominal scanning of the application of the effect is certainly helpful to speculate on the nature of the lesion, and time resolution is high.
