探讨提高冠状动脉CT血管成像检查成功率的方法

Explore the Method of Improving the Success Rate of Coronary CT Angiography

目的探讨分析冠状动脉CT血管成像检查成功率的提升方式。方法根据2015年1-10月我院的150例冠状动脉CT血管成像检查患者来分析,将患者分组为对照组和实验组,每组均有75例患者,对照组使用传统检查方式,实验组使用改进后的检查方式,对两组的检查结果进行观察分析。结果经过改进之后,患者的检查率提升,重复检查率和放弃检查的人数均下降,没有出现检查失败的病例。结论强化检查前护理以及临床沟通,强化检查中护理和人文关怀,均能够让冠状动脉CT血管成像检查成功率提升。

Objective To explore the methods of improving the success rate of coronary CT angiography. Methods Analysis 150 cases of patients with coronary artery CT angiography from January to October 2015 in our hospital, patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 75 patients were in control group, using the traditional inspection methods, the experimental group used the improved inspection methods, observation and analysis of two groups of check results. Results After improvement, the patient＇s examination rate was significantly improved, and the probability of repeat examination and the number of people who gave up examination declined, and there were no cases of failure. Conclusion Strengthening the nursing before examination and clinical communication, strengthen nursing and humanistic care in the examination, can make coronary CT angiography can improve the success rate, promote the use of coronary CT angiography in china.
