摘要
目的研究及分析在小儿留置针护理中应用持续质量改进的临床效果与价值。方法选取2014年7月-2015年7月所收治的患儿400例作为临床对象,随机分成对照组、观察组。对照组予以常规护理进行干预,观察组予以持续质量改进,比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组家长与护士的满意程度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在行留置针患儿的护理中予以持续质量的改进,将临床满意程度提升。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and value of continuous quality improvement in nursing care of children with indwelling needle Methods 400 cases of children admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015, randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given continuous quality improvement, and the effect of the two groups were compared. R e s u l t s The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The improvement of the quality of nursing care of children with indwelling needle in the hospital will improve the clinical satisfaction.
